Good morning, everyone.
I am deeply honored to stand before you today as the founder of AYVI, a platform committed to fostering the growth and development of young leaders in this digital era. We are gathered here today for our event, "What does it take to lead in the 21st century? Building a new generation of young leaders in a digital world."
The world is changing at an unprecedented pace, and with this change comes the need for new leadership- adaptable, innovative, and digitally savvy leadership that listens, learns, and leads with empathy.
AYVI was born out of a vision to empower such leadership.
Our mission is to equip young minds with the tools to navigate our modern world's complexities and drive positive change in their communities. We believe that every young person has the potential to be a leader, and we aim to unlock that potential.

This quote encapsulates what we are trying to achieve at AYVI. Our objective for the future is to build a global network of young leaders who inspire, motivate, and empower others.
Today, we live in a digital age where information is at our fingertips. Digital tools have the power to democratize knowledge and opportunities. They can break down barriers, foster collaboration, and accelerate innovation. And yet, they are just tools. It's how we use them that will define our success.

"My health challenge changed my entire outlook on life."Â Having spent months in a wheelchair during COVID, I experienced the "Aha! Moment." A transformative mind shift of the true meaning of life-living in the present moment with intention and purpose.
As we delve into this event's theme, we will hear from thought leaders, industry experts, and young leaders shaping the future. They will share their insights, experiences, and strategies for effective leadership in the digital world.
